First impression: Profound flashes of insights revealed from a tortured soul.

Layout: thirty-five of forty-nine points.
The crayon-bright fairy is a bit jarring against the otherwise dark template, and her picture is somewhat fuzzy. Miss Dawn finds the unclear image to be distracting and annoying.

Unfortunately, too, several linked images came up invisible. Miss Dawn was by this point genuinely curious and therefore quite disappointed when they did not appear on cue. Other links in the diary appear to work and Miss Dawn found your Emotion Map to be one of the more unique feedback agents she has ever seen! Extra points were awarded for its inclusion.

Content Eighty-one of eighty-seven points.
This is the highest content score that Miss Dawn has ever awarded. You are forthcoming with your anger and anguish at former cruelty inflicted upon you, and express the inconsolable loss related to the father who died when you were very young. You balance that by being equally lavish in expressing your love for your husband, and your concern and caring for other family members and friends. In short, you are a passionate individual and your writing reflects those passions in a way that draws readers in.

You allude to prolongued sexual abuse as a child, to your day-to-day battles with agoraphobia (including a definition for those readers unfamiliar with the term,) and to the heartache of a birth mother who chose drugs over the natural responsibility of her child. Yet you acknowledge that because the woman who gave birth abdicated her responsibility, she will never be your real parent. Miss Dawn applauds your many insights and your fearless willingness to expose your heart and soul in print. Perhaps in so doing, you will encourage another young victim to speak honestly of their ordeal and convince them to get the help that they need. Miss Dawn hopes that you are able to find healing in the now that will overcome the pain of the then, as well. Miss Dawn knows from experience that writing about past hurts can be a cathartic experience and allow one to move on to a more positive life.

Miss Dawn read your favorite entries first and then chose at random. While an overabundance of quizzes can be distracting, you have linked yours from a single and separate page, and the snippets of your life merely reinforce the depth that you show in other entries.

Frequency: Five of twenty-two points
Your timing is erratic. Some months contain many, many entries; some months are virtually bare. (Janurary 2004 contains only two posts!) While Miss Dawn understands quite well that day-to-day life can intrude on one's writing, a bit more consistency might be appropriate, so that your regular readers can maintain their long-distance connection.

That, in fact, is the appeal of reading an online diary; readers develop a relationship with those whose diaries that they read on any sort of regular basis. Often that long-distance relationship develops into true friendship and into precisely the sort of support system that Miss Dawn feels would be very helpful to your situation, as it would permit friends without the need to try the boundaries of your disease.

Judgment: Your strength is your passion for life, whether it stems from anger or grief or love. There are indications of a generous nature that has been stymied by the overwhelming realities of illness. Miss Dawn hopes that you are able to overcome that disease. The world is always a better place when people live their lives to the fullest, and that is particularly true when someone of your compassion and cognizance becomes involved in changing things for the better.
